Happy Thursday folks!
You may, or may not, have noticed that I've been a little MIA for the past week or so and it's for good reason..... I made a HUGE trip back to the good ol' USA! That's right, I was able to hop a military flight back to the states and have been on cloud 9 ever since!
Don't get me wrong, I love living in England but like anything else in life, sometime you just need a break! I had been a little VERY homesick--I really missed my family and friends! So, when the opportunity arose to come back to the states on a military jet, I jumped at the opportunity! The flight was long, loud and tiresome with 2 kids by myself, but I am happy to report that the great Air Force men and women we flew with really stepped up and helped me out. They were so accommodating and very helpful along the way. I truly love our military and the close family feel in everything we do!!
So, for the past week I've been hanging out at my parents house doing all the true summer things with my kids and my niece---swimming, seeing kid movies at the theater, playing at the playground, making crafts, etc. Life if great when you are relaxing and having fun!! And yes, I may have had to ask what day of the week it was yesterday....that is the sign of GREAT summer vacation!
In my downtime, I've been working on a great TpT creation that is taking life--it's another big unit all about teaching colors!! I love the way it's turning out so far. I've also been able to get back to Pinterest. There are so many great ideas out there and I love pinning away like crazy. It makes me feel organized in some kind of weird way....I'm not sure why!

Anywho, I wanted to share with you a great post that my great friend Debbie Clement from Rainbows Within Reach just put together. It's a post all about back to school bulletin boards. It's awesome. It's a great compilation of creative boards to fit anyone's needs. Check it out here!!
I know you can find a bulletin board here that you can use! Or at least you can find a great idea that you can adapt for your class.
